| Berends Landing is a work in progress. The 5 acre facility was donated by Berend Brothers, an agricultural based company in the Wichita Falls area. The Landing is home to Midwestern University Bicycle Racing Team, Team Arrow. In addition, the 104 year old Grain Elevator on the property was converted to Elevator Rock Climbing Gym. The Landing borders the Burlington Railroad and the Wichita River. Their are facilities for seminars, parties and special occasions. Development opportunities abound for the addition of restaurants, shops and other entertainment. The River and the Railroad flank the facility and offer a unique atmosphere.
